Today is National Ice Cream Day! Now this is a holiday I can get into! To celebrate, for dinner I made homemade ice cream. Nothing too fancy, just the basic vanilla recipe from Cuisinart.

I would have shared pictures of it all heaped up in a bowl with caramel and chocolate sauce, but . . . it didn’t last. Happy Ice Cream Day!
