I have been meaning to post these pictures for a while now, and I guess I just miss placed them with the other 200 plus pictures on my camera. So here they are finally. This is my first attempt at making a gingerbread house. In my defense I was using a premade mix that didn’t have enough for the mold I was using, so then I had to re-cut the gingerbread by hand. I started to run out of time, so the end product was a little lopsided. It still tasted pretty good. The reason why I attempted this, was because it was for the center piece at my house warming party, hence the name “Warm the House.” It coordinated with our invitations. I had ment to take a photo of my crooked creation before the party, but I got busy and forgot. I originally had homemade cookies surrounding the house, which we also gave as favors. As you can see they didn’t last long. Hopefully I will get more practice at Halloween and Christmas.
